"We didn't eat at the motel because it was all carbs. We chose Ricardo's for a nice denver omelet. When we told the very nice waitress we didn't want toast or potatoes and that we would be splitting our omelet, she said 'Then I will have the cook make your omelet bigger.' Our halves were huge and quite delicious!"
